Yukon
The Yukon EPR Regulation requires the Producers (Stewards) of lubricating oil, antifreeze, oil filters diesel exhaust fluid and automotive containers to develop an EPR plan and implement a program by July 1, 2025. Interchange Recycling is currently engaging with stakeholders and consulting on a Plan that will be submitted to the Yukon Government for approval in September 2024.
All organizations doing business in Yukon are asked to Register with Interchange Recycling Yukon by completing and submitting the Participation Agreement.
