The Yukon EPR Regulation requires the Producers (Stewards) of lubricating oil, antifreeze, oil filters diesel exhaust fluid and automotive containers to develop an EPR plan and implement a program by July 1, 2025. Following a consultation with stakeholders, Interchange Recycling submitted a Stewardship Plan to the Yukon Government in December 2024.

All organizations doing business in Yukon are asked to Register with Interchange Recycling Yukon by completing the Yukon Participation Agreement and submitting it to accounting@interchangerecycling.com.
