Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Victoria. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments in the organization. As a proactive, highly organized individual, your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will support a team of employees and contractors whose focus is on environmental responsibility and sustainability.

What Interchange Recycling offers:

  • Competitive salary: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience

Our ideal Executive Assistant brings the following:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant, or senior administrative assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
