Welcome Dylan and Cristina!

We are excited to announce the addition of two new members to the Interchange Recycling team: Dylan Caleno as our new Operations Manager and Cristina Perez as our Executive Assistant.

Dylan is a sustainability-focused professional with a strong background in environmental operations. He began his career in the UK, spending seven years in the solar energy sector, where he specialized in the operations and maintenance of solar power plants. Seeking new challenges, Dylan relocated to Vancouver, BC, where he transitioned into the recycling industry.

Previously, Dylan held the role of Operations Manager at Recycling Alternative, where he was responsible for a number of initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, increase processing capacity, and oversee the organization’s collection activities throughout the Lower Mainland.

Cristina joins us from AME Consulting Group, where she held roles as both Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Her experience managing projects while providing high-level executive support has equipped her with a unique blend of organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism.

Cristina is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute, underscoring her commitment to structure, efficiency, and continuous learning. We’re excited to have someone with her expertise and energy supporting our team.
