EHC Remittance
As of January 2, 2025, EHC Reporting and Remittances must be made through our new online portal – The Vault by Interchange Recycling. All active Members have been sent an email with instructions on how to access their account.

Reporting Deadlines:
To ensure smooth reporting and avoid any issues during the transition, please take note of the specific cut-off dates for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports below:
BC Reporting Deadlines:
- Monthly Reporters: December 2024 reports must be submitted by January 31, 2025, through The Vault by Interchange Recycling.
- Quarterly Reporters: Q4 2024 reports must be submitted by January 31, 2025, through The Vault by Interchange Recycling.
- Annual Reporters: Fiscal year 2024 reports must be submitted by January 31, 2025, through The Vault by Interchange Recycling.
Yukon Reporting Deadlines:
- Q3/Q4 2024 reports: These reports will be submitted in January 2025 through The Vault by Interchange Recycling.
Historical reporting data will be accessible through The Vault by Interchange Recycling later in 2025 and, in the interim, are available upon request.

Reporting System Change – January 2, 2025
We are excited to announce that Interchange Recycling and the Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA) are working together to transition to new online reporting portals for Used Oil Materials suppliers. These portals have been specifically designed to meet the unique needs of Alberta, British Columbia, and Yukon.
For many years, the current reporting system, Pictus (also known as One Window), has supported UOMA associations across Canada. However, with advancements in technology and the evolving program needs in each province, ARMA and Interchange Recycling decided to develop custom-built solutions on a Salesforce platform that better serve the distinct requirements of each province’s stewardship programs.
In British Columbia and Yukon, the new portal, called The Vault by Interchange Recycling, will go live on January 2, 2025, ready for Q4 reporting (BC) and Q3/Q4 reporting (YK).
Further details, including key dates and an overview of the new system, will be shared by email with members in the coming weeks. All notices will also be posted on this page.
