How does this whole recycling thing work?
Interchange Recycling has a vast network of recycling centres open to the public. That means, at these locations, both used motor oil and antifreeze related products are accepted for recycling at no cost to you.
That’s right—treating the environment with respect is absolutely free, and now, it’s even easier.

Members & Participants Are Our Engine
We can’t change the world alone. Our members and service partners truly complete the cycle of automotive products recycling.
Members are any first sellers of lubricating oil and antifreeze materials, such as retailers and automotive shops, who collect and remit the Environmental Handling Charge to Interchange.
Service partners are comprised of those who collect, transport, and process our materials. These are the hard working groups that ensure our products are safely managed and re-refined to the highest standards.
